Annual General Meeting
Saturday 24th May 2008

 

The next AGM will be held on Saturday 24th May 2008 at the Brentwood Hotel in Wellington.

Nominations  for the Executive Committee close on 24th April 2008.

TES payments as listed below are due by 1st April 2008. A 10% penalty will apply after that date.  Please note that a 10% penalty now applies to TES payments.

1st Delegate $225.00
2nd Delegate $300.00
Observers $75.00

$225 of each delegate fee goes into a "Travel Equalisation Scheme" out of which all travel for all delegates is paid.  Any balance that remains after reimbursing all travel, is split amongst all of the attending clubs (based on the number of delegates sent). 

All travel claims must be in the hands of the Association Treasurer no later than seven days
prior to the AGM.   Any claims submitted after the seven days will not be reimbursed.

All other expenses are at the club's or delegate's cost.

Special Note for Clubs:

To make reservations for rooms during the AGM. contact Brentwood Hotel 
by phoning 04 920 0400 and asking for reservations or emailing Brentwood.
The AGM opens at 9 am Saturday 24th May, and it is envisaged that business will be completed by 4 pm.  Dinner will only be provided to those delegates who book
